Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Blake Murphy spent 12 years in marketing and video production before joining a client's company as an equity partner, building a team from scratch, growing the business beyond anything it had seen, and ultimately walking away with his integrity and his people when his vision outgrew the partnership. He then co-founded The Warehaus Network with his wife Chelsea, bringing together real operator experience and a firsthand understanding of what it feels like to be let down by the agencies you trust to grow your business.

Our Story

Blake Murphy spent 12 years building and running his own marketing and video production agency. During that time, one of his longest-standing clients, a high-volume video production company, regularly referred business his way. When that client passed away, his son inherited the company and, faced with the challenge of scaling what his father had built, offered Blake an equity partnership to join and build a full digital marketing division from the ground up.

Blake's first order of business was assembling a team. He searched everywhere: Fiverr, Upwork, boutique agencies, large agencies, in-house talent, international hires. Every direction led to the same result: disappointment. His standards were simply too high for what the market was producing. That experience gave Blake something most agency founders don't have, a firsthand, bone-deep understanding of exactly what it feels like to be let down by the people you hired to grow your business.

After nearly two years of searching, he found his people. The team they built together drove the company to growth it had never seen before. But when it came time to scale further and raise prices, Blake and his partner couldn't align on the vision. After months of honest conversations, Blake made the decision to move on, leaving without taking a single client, case study, or piece of portfolio work. He walked away with his integrity intact and his team beside him.

He then co-founded The Warehaus Network alongside his wife Chelsea, an entrepreneur who brings deep experience in fashion, operations, and brand building to the agency. Together, they built something neither could have built alone.

Blake did what he's always done best, picked up the phone. His authenticity opens doors, and his team's execution keeps them open. What started as a vision became a full-service agency built on real relationships, hard-won experience, and a standard of work that simply doesn't cut corners.
